Brief
Develop a series of social videos to be used for upcoming events and seasonal changes. The videos should utilise illustrated style to match other printed marketing material and need to be portrait dimension to give maximum retail space on the Instagram social media feed.
What we did
Our approach was to keep these really simple. One of the most effective ways to grab attention on social media is to design a nice still image and bring it to life through animation. This can catch the audience off guard as they scroll through their feed, as your post appears to come to life ever so slightly. These are great examples of social videos done well and are a beautiful illustrative style, which adds huge amounts of character to the brand and content.
